Major Description
The English major provides a broad liberal arts base and is designed for those students who have a variety of career goals and objectives. Our English department faculty prepares you to think on your own and evaluate literature and life from a Christian perspective. An English major can lead you to many exciting careers, such as teaching English at People's University in Beijing, China. Other graduates have pursued careers as publishers, lawyers, pastors, public relations directors, and college professors.
