Establish a Scholarship - Getting Started


Please fill out the different scholarship options below so that you can start the process of creating your scholarship.

We will use these preferences and ideas as a guideline to write a draft scholarship agreement for your review. We want your scholarship agreement to accurately express your desires for providing financial assistance to our student body. We anticipate that the finished agreement will be the product of several discussions and draft efforts. You may have preferences, or preference options, that you have not listed in this checklist. Please feel free to express your ideas in writing or offer additional preferences where you deem appropriate.

Include Financial Need Qualification for Scholarship (choose one) *

Students must prove financial need according to criteria used by the Cedarville University director of financial aid to qualify for this award.

Preference will be given to students who demonstrate financial need, but demonstration of financial need will not be required.

Financial need will not be a criterion for award.
Include Grade Average Qualification for Scholarship (choose one) *

The minimum grade average a student must maintain to qualify for the scholarship will be on a 4.0 scale.

The scholarship agreement will permit awards to the same student in successive years if he or she completes the application process and is eligible according to the established scholarship criteria.

The scholarship agreement will not permit awards to the same student in successive years. Earning the scholarship award in any year will disqualify the student from awards in future academic years.
