We invite individuals to join us on a journey to strengthen the body, challenge the mind, fortify the spirit, and encourage the soul. We provide safe and inviting recreational facilities as well as a wide variety of programs and services to encourage University family members and other patrons to develop and enjoy a regular and healthy God honoring lifestyle.
