Why Study Prephysical Therapy at Cedarville?

Cedarville's prephysical therapy program is the perfect stepping stone for successful entry into graduate school physical therapy programs! Most Cedarville students who continue on to graduate programs in physical therapy complete the BA in biology, BS in allied health, or BS in exercise science. All three majors will prepare you with the foundational knowledge you need through engaging lectures and hands-on experiences. Program Curriculum

In addition to your general education degree requirements, you will take additional biology, chemistry, math, physics, psychology, athletic training, and exercise science courses. Physical therapy schools usually require 40 to 100 hours of experience assisting a licensed physical therapist prior to applying to graduate school.
