40. Intercollegiate Athletic Program Participation Rates and Financial Support Data (Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act)
In compliance with the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA), which is required of any coeducational institution of higher education that participates in a Federal Student Aid program and has an intercollegiate athletic program, Cedarville University annually prepares the Report on Athletic Program Participation Rates and Financial Support Data, which contains participation rates, financial support, and other information on men's and women's intercollegiate athletic programs. The University is required to make this report available, upon request, to actively enrolled students. Upon request, physical copies of this report are available through the business office at controller@cedarville.edu or 937-766-7820 during normal business hours. A reproduction fee may be assessed.

Information is provided on the Graduation Rates for the student body compared to students receiving athletic aid, in compliance with the Student Right to Know Act.
