Biography

Dr. Austin began his career with a marketing research firm, ultimately serving as co-owner and senior analyst, and he continues to provide marketing research consulting services. He has published articles on marketing research service relationships, brand personality, transformational mentoring through guided student consulting projects, and assessing a market orientation from a biblical perspective. Prior to joining the faculty at Cedarville, Dr. Austin served on the faculties of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and the College of Business at James Madison University.
