One Thousand Days Transformed - The Campaign for Cedarville
The New 282-Bed Residence Hall to Be Built on Campus

Fostering Life-on-Life Discipleship

Bates-Dunn-Parker Residence Hall

Record enrollment for 12 consecutive years, including this past academic year’s enrollment, the largest in school history, requires more space for students seeking a life-transforming Cedarville University education. A new 282-bed residence hall being built on the north end of campus, just south of the Yellow Jacket Soccer Complex and west of Callan Athletic Center, will help meet that need.

In addition to providing a comfortable space for study and rest, the new residence hall is designed with intentional community in mind. Indoor and outdoor spaces are being built with the goal of fostering spiritual growth. Lounges as part of the halls in both the men’s and women’s wings, plus a three-story central lounge, will facilitate life-on-life discipleship.

Features:

  • 63,000 square feet
  • 282 beds
  • Wing and Central lounges
  • 200 parking spaces
