McDole named new director of Center for Teaching and Learning

Robert McDole has been named the director of the Center for Teaching and Learning at Cedarville University

In this role, McDole will oversee faculty training, online development and the support of faculty advancement in the areas of teaching and learning. McDole has more than 10 years of experience in designing and implementing online educational projects and enhancing online graduate programs.
Since graduating from Cedarville University in 1998, McDole has led several innovative distance and online educational initiatives. Most recently, he developed online programs at Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon.

“I’m looking forward to building relationships with people here on campus and seeing how I can support them,” McDole said. “My goal is to equip faculty and students with the tools they need for success.”
