Cedarville Named One of the Best Schools for Worship Ministry
CU's interdisciplinary degree stands out among national and international worship programs.
ShareFaith, a media and technology resource for churches, recently named Cedarville University’s worship major as one of the top 20 programs in the nation. The national ranking is based on program reputation, campus facilities, faculty, location and offerings.
Other schools recognized include Messiah College, Anderson University, Baylor University and Dallas Baptist University.
“We are thrilled to be selected again as one of the top worship programs in the country,” said Dr. Roger O’Neel, associate professor of worship and director of the worship program. “We believe we have a practical program that embraces contemporary music with a strong biblical basis. We strive to equip worshipers to serve, and our graduates are making a difference by serving in worship ministries across the country.”
Cedarville offers a Bachelor of Arts in worship degree, an interdisciplinary degree designed to help prepare students who are interested in careers in worship leadership and related fields.
