First destination survey shows 97% placement for class of 2016

A recent survey of Cedarville University’s class of 2016 showed that over 97 percent of the graduating class was employed or attending graduate school within six months of finishing their studies.

Cedarville University has seen steady growth in its first destination data, which measures the career paths and academic pursuits of recent graduates. Five years ago, the university reported 94.5 percent of its graduates were employed or in graduate school within six months of earning their undergraduate degrees.
“I am very pleased with the survey results because it shows our students are benefitting from their education at Cedarville University,” said Jeff Reep, director of career services. “From my perspective, this success is the result of having the combination of rigorous academic programs, talented and motivated students who are committed to learning and faculty who are gifted at communicating their discipline to the students.”
