Cedarville Stories Podcast: God's Safe Keeping
Jeff and Criss have five sons, four of whom have served or are currently serving with the U.S. Armed Forces.
Jeff and Criss Reep are coaches.
Jeff coached college basketball for 22 years, leading the Yellow Jacket men’s team from 1995-2000. He is also a vocational coach as Director of Career Services.
Jeff and Chris coach prospective brides and grooms through Cedarville’s Fit to Be Tied program. And with her business, Health for Generations, Criss serves as a nutrition and financial support coach.
They love influencing young people through coaching, which shows up in the fact they have been outstanding parents as well. Jeff and Criss have five sons, four of whom have served or are currently serving with the U.S. Armed Forces.
Their son Aaron is a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps and was deployed to Afghanistan during the recent withdrawal. His unit was near Kabul International Airport when a suicide bomber launched an attack. Aaron was uninjured, but it was a reminder of the dangers of military service. It caused Jeff and Criss to draw near to Christ and have confidence in Him for their boys’ well-being.
“We have to trust the Lord for his safety,” Jeff shared with Cedarville public relations earlier this year. “Aaron believes, like we do, that he’s where the Lord wants him.”
