Cedarville University Graduate School Partners With Momathon Movement

The Graduate School at Cedarville University has partnered with the Momathon Movement by offering moms associated with the movement a 15% discount for online graduate programs.

Motherhood is a demanding and honorable calling. Moms spend hours nurturing their children, maintaining balance in the home, making sure everyone and everything is where they should be and meeting many other daily needs — it is a full-time job. Yet some of those moms feel called to pursue an additional professional career. The Momathon Movement led by Christina Garrett encourages moms and all women to pursue all their callings.

Dr. Janice Supplee, dean of The Graduate School at Cedarville University, earned her Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln while serving as vice president of enrollment management and marketing at Cedarville University and enjoying the role of mother and wife. Supplee recently sat for an interview with Momathon Conference host Christina Garrett, a productivity coach for women leaders, to discuss how moms can effectively meet the demands of motherhood while pursuing educational advancement.

“Sometimes you just jump right in, and you would be amazed at what you can accomplish one day at a time,” said Supplee.

The Graduate School at Cedarville University has partnered with the Momathon Movement by offering moms associated with the movement a 15% discount for online graduate programs. The school also provided two scholarships allowing moms to attend the Momathon Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, on October 25–27.

This partnership encourages moms to dream big and achieve multiple goals. When moms do hard things, they show their kids and other moms that the sky is the limit.

The Momathon Conference provides women with the resources and skills they need to take next steps in cultivating robust and well-rounded lives. The Graduate School at Cedarville University is eager to assist moms who are ready to balance family, work and school.
