According to the 2020 Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI) Global Business Ethics Survey, 30% of employees feel pressure to compromise their values to meet business objectives.

The Robert W. Plaster School of Business at Cedarville University is hosting the IMPACT 2024 business conference, which blends Christian values with professional vision to revolutionize how leaders view their work. The two-day conference will take place Friday and Saturday, Oct. 25–26, in the Scharnberg Business and Communication Center at Cedarville University.

Cedarville University and the Christian Business Fellowship have assembled a lineup of more than 20 business and academic speakers, including Dallas Jenkins, the creator and executive producer of “The Chosen.” Jenkins will present at the Impact conference remotely.

He will be joined by Kyrstal Parker, a former executive for a Fortune 200 publicly traded oil and gas company and current president of the U.S. Christian Chamber of Commerce, and Dr. Kary Oberbrunner, Berry Chair of Entrepreneurship at Cedarville University and a Wall Street Journal and USA Todaybest-selling author.

“IMPACT 2024 is more than just a conference — it’s an opportunity to rethink how we approach business as believers,” said Parker. “The insights and inspiration we’ll gain together will equip us to harness our businesses as powerful tools for Kingdom impact, driving real change in our communities and beyond.”

The IMPACT 2024 conference seeks to help leaders use their business platform to glorify Christ and start dreaming big about making an impact for the Lord.

As a former pastor of 12 years, I wish this type of conference existed while I was in church ministry. I used to believe that business and church ministry should remain separate, while in truth, we can learn from one another to build God’s kingdom,” said Oberbrunner.

Attendees will explore how to make a lasting impact in their workspace, lead with integrity, and become faithful stewards. By attending engaging keynotes, breakout sessions and networking opportunities, they will foster community with other Christian business leaders and work together to further God’s kingdom.

“IMPACT 2024 will not only provide practical business tools but also encourage your heart so that you can continue to grow your business and build the church,” said Jenkins.
