Announcing 2017 Placement Rates

You’ve heard us talk a lot about the quality of a Cedarville education. We're excited to share new information that affirms the results of our efforts and the caliber of our students and alumni.

In a recent survey of our 2017 graduates, we found that an amazing 97.5% of the graduating class was either employed or in graduate school within six months of commencement. That’s well above national averages and evidence that our students are well-prepared to enter the workforce upon graduation. Employers seek out Cedarville graduates for their academic preparation, work ethic, and character.

In fact, for the past five years, our placement rates have consistently topped national averages, as shown in the graph below.

And, not only are our graduates prepared to obtain good jobs in desirable career fields, they are being equipped to serve God and share the message of the Gospel wherever He leads them. That’s what truly sets Cedarville apart.

P.S. Our Career Services office is one of the big reasons for our graduates' placement success. If your student has not already connected with Career Services, encourage him or her to do so. Career Services offers seven career fairs each year to help students connect with potential employers and build a professional network. The Spring Career Fair is scheduled for February 21.
