Cedarville University’s students shifted to all-online classes several weeks ago. Now those thinking of attending Cedarville have an online option too.
Cedarville president Dr. Thomas White announced on March 27 that the private, Baptist university in southwest Ohio would offer virtual campus visits beginning April 1.
Virtual visits are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:30 a.m. and can be scheduled at cedarville.edu/visit.

Prospective students click on the virtual campus visit link, which will take them to a page where they can choose a visit date and fill out a form with contact information. Cedarville will follow up with additional information about the visit and will send reminders as the date approaches.
On virtual visit day, students and their families will hear from White, view the Cedarville Experience presentation, meet one-on-one with an admissions counselor, take a virtual campus tour and watch a Bible minor class.
“We anticipated welcoming over 3,000 guests to campus this year in March and April,” said Dr. Scott Van Loo, vice president for enrollment management. “To still provide information for students and families, we've launched the live virtual visit. Our hope is that we will capture the interest of students, and they will return to campus for an in-person visit in the near future."
