Masterworks 2025
The Department of Music and Worship will present "Melody & Myth - Fate & Fire: Russian Masterworks" on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 7PM in the James T. Jeremiah Chapel in the Dixon Ministry Center. This program will feature the Cedarville University Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Prof. Carlos Elias, and Wind Symphony, under the direction of Dr. Chet Jenkins. The orchestra will open the program with Tchaikovsky's beautiful Symphony No. 5. The wind symphony will open with the powerful Finale from Shostakovich's Symphony No. 5, and will end with Stravinsky's iconic Firebird Suite. Tickets may be purchased online by registering at the link below. You may also pay by credit card at the door prior to the concert beginning at 6PM.
