Biography

Michael Mikesell has been employed in the construction arena for most of his working life. He began working, at first, with his father, and then two years of commercial and 22 years of residential construction. He came to work at Cedarville University in 2016, originally joining the General Maintenance department.

  • B.A. in Communication Arts, Cedarville College

Interests

  • Enjoy woodworking, reading, volunteering in church ministries, basketball, rock climbing, and traveling when I can
  • Why Cedarville?: My arrival at Cedarville coincided with a change in ownership with the company I'd worked for over 20 years. I think it was the people I'd be working with and around that sealed the deal on my decision to work here. This new position will allow for more creativity and the opportunity to be involved more with students.
