- Why Cedarville? As a graduate of Cedarville University, I experienced firsthand the godly, academically excellent culture here. When I moved back into the Dayton area in 1993, I was contacted by the Communication Department chair about teaching speech classes. It was an exciting and fulfilling year, which eventually led to me becoming full-time faculty. I love the students and am grateful every day for the opportunity God has given me to impact their lives in my classrooms.
