Professor Meacham has devoted 31 years of his life to public service as a member of the New York State Police. After graduating from the New York State Police Academy, Professor Meacham served as a New York State Trooper and worked as a Criminal Investigator and Senior Investigator with the elite New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Additionally, he was an NYSP Hostage/Crisis Negotiator and a State Police Academy instructor. Professor Meacham previously taught Criminal Justice at SUNY Adirondack in upstate New York.
