One Thousand Days Transformed - The Campaign for Cedarville

Get Involved With Kingdom Diversity!

Explore these opportunities to deepen your knowledge, connect with others from diverse backgrounds, and grow in appreciation for racial, ethnic, and cultural diversity among fellow believers.

Student Organizations

French Club

Le Club de Français at Cedarville is a fabulous context in which you can improve your language skills, grow cultural awareness, eat crêpes, and develop a heart for missions among French-speakers around the world!

German Club

The German Club offers events to build community, grow German language skills, and get a hands-on glimpse into German culture.

Global Students Org (GSO)

GSO is a student organization committed to serving international students by meeting their practical, relational, and spiritual needs through tailored events. As a GSO member, you'll find a safe space and a sense of belonging — your home away from home. You'll connect on a regular basis with other members through dinners, Bible studies, and other activities.

Beyond these regular activities, GSO hosts many events throughout the year, focusing on fun, practical needs, and spiritual growth. Highlights include the GSO Olympics, where regions compete in outdoor games, a Christmas party, an international worship night, and a tax party (with music and snacks!) to help you file your taxes. Through these events, you'll strengthen the bonds you share with other international students, have your practical needs met, and grow spiritually. GSO primarily serves non-immigrant visa holders but also considers new members outside this category through a brief application process.

MuKappa

MuKappa is a fellowship organization that serves missionary kids, international and multi-cultural students in their cross-cultural transitions to foster meaningful relationships with God, family, friends and others.

Multicultural International Student Organization (MISO)

MISO provides opportunities to represent and celebrate the diverse cultures on campus by planning events and activities for all students to learn about, experience, and celebrate multicultural community.

Spanish Club

Spanish Club is a great way to get to know other students that are interested in Spanish and practice speaking the language! We are open to any student who is interested in improving their abilities in the language, learning about culture, and doing fun activities to build fellowship among other students and native speakers. A major or minor in Spanish is not required!

Student National Pharmacist Association (SNPhA)

SNPhA is a student affiliate of the National Pharmaceutical Association. The purpose of SNPhA is to plan, organize, coordinate, and execute programs geared towards the improvement of the health, educational, and social environment of minority communities. SNPhA provides the platform for students to serve the underserved in the community and engage in leadership.

Kingdom Diversity Book Clubs

More than just dialoging about words on a page, Cedarville's Kingdom Diversity Book Clubs are a tangible way to develop cross-cultural friendships and spark deep conversations about diversity, race, and unity — all informed by biblical truth. Guided by a faculty member from the Kingdom Diversity Advisory Council, you'll explore a book that addresses race-related topics and engage in thoughtful discussions, sharing questions and experiences. Expand your understanding of race and diversity from a biblical perspective and take a step toward building God's diverse body of believers. To join a book club, connect with Professor Carolyn Barnett.

Study Abroad

Experience and grow to understand another culture during your studies! Beyond advancing your academics, you'll have the chance to experience the day-to-day adventures of living in a foreign country and learning how others from different cultures interact with the world. Most study abroad programs also provide the opportunity to serve in some type of ministry while living abroad.
