Kim Ahlgrim is a living, breathing conduit of grace. This energetic, bubbly, visionary woman of God exudes acceptance, support, and encouragement. Her success comes from helping others succeed.
Kim is director of The Cove, Cedarville’s academic enrichment center. She and her staff have created an environment where students can bring their struggles and find support as they face academic, personal, and spiritual challenges.
Her kind and welcoming personality quickly puts people at ease, and her staff offers that same kind of hospitable spirit. Since The Cove was established, countless students and alumni can testify to the guidance and encouragement they have received from this dynamic team.
This welcoming and supportive climate is reflected in the naming of The Cove itself.
“You know that feeling when you’re walking on a beach on vacation, and you can completely be yourself?” Kim relates during the podcast. “That’s how we want people to feel when they come into The Cove. They can be authentic; they can talk to us about anything that’s going on, from their academics to their relationship with God.”
