Join Us for the Clinical Ethics and Conscience Rights Conference
Wednesday, May 15, 2019
If you are in the healthcare or social services field, we invite you to attend the Clinical Ethics and Conscience Rights Conference at Cedarville University on June 6-8, 2019. This conference will examine U.S. Department of Health and Human Services rules that protect the rights of healthcare workers, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, chaplains, social workers, and others, who have religious or moral objections to certain medications, treatments, or procedures, allowing them to opt out on the basis of conscience.
Watch the video below to hear Dr. Dennis Sullivan, Director of the Center for Bioethics, discuss the conference. Then, visit the conference website for more information and to register. We hope to see many of you there to join in this important discussion.
