Summer Studies Offers Amazing Experience for Students
Tuesday, January 24, 2023
“Summer School” = “Two of the Most Amazing Weeks of My Life!”
That’s how one high school student described her experience at Cedarville University's Summer Scholars, a two-week residential program for rising high school juniors and seniors. Summer Studies offers a unique blend of rigorous academics, transformative spiritual and personal growth, and crazy fun with great new friends.
Offering a choice from among four courses that satisfy general education requirements in any Cedarville University major – The Bible and the Gospel, Essentials of Economics, General Psychology, U.S. History, and Politics and American Culture – Summer Scholars will allow your student to experience real college life, earn three hours of college credit, and make new friends that will journey alongside them for their entire undergraduate career at Cedarville.
This year’s Summer Studies takes place June 10–24, 2023, and costs $1,125, which includes the 3-credit course, housing and meals, and all activities. (Ohio students may qualified for free tuition through College Credit Plus. Check with your high school guidance counselor to see if you qualify.)
If your student is a rising junior or senior who is already taking Dual Enrollment courses or has been accepted to the Dual Enrollment Now program, no new application is required. Students who are not yet a part of Cedarville's Dual Enrollment can apply today! Visit our summer scholars website to view important dates and deadlines.
