One Thousand Days Transformed - The Campaign for Cedarville

Love God. Serve Others.

Global Outreach at Cedarville equips you for lifelong leadership and service through partnerships with local churches and ministries. These volunteer ministry opportunities provide a context where you’ll apply what you learn in chapel and the classroom and serve Christ in our surrounding communities. Students have the opportunity to serve through weekly volunteer teams.

Local Church Involvement

All Cedarville students are expected to maintain the spiritual discipline of attending weekly corporate worship at a local church. We value church partnerships and encourage students to serve in their local church.

Local Ministry Teams

The communities surrounding Cedarville contain hospitals, detention centers, faith-based ministries, and many other types of organizations with volunteer needs which may be met by Cedarville students who desire to serve.  The community outreach teams listed on this website provide students with the opportunity to serve in a variety of areas which may relate to areas of study, personal interests, talents, or experience.  Check out the wide variety of local ministry teams!

Forms

Before participating in a local ministry, you'll need to fill out the legal form. Once you are part of a ministry team, your team leader will share information on how to participate in the ministry. If your team drives a personal vehicle to the ministry, the driver may fill out a personal mileage reimbursement request.

Recruit Cedarville Students

We would be happy to provide opportunities for student volunteers to come alongside your regular staff or other volunteers and serve faithfully with them. Please contact us if you have student volunteer needs.
