Career Fairs for Employers
Cedarville hosts several fairs throughout the year, bringing top employers from the area and across the country to campus.
Fall 2024 Semester:
- Meet the Firms: Mon, Sept 9, 6–7:30 p.m. in the SSC Event Rooms
- Fall Career Fair: Wed, Oct 9, 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m. in the Doden Field House
- Healthcare Fair: Thurs, Nov 7, 2–4 p.m. in the SSC Event Rooms
Spring 2025 Semester:
- Spring and Education Career Fair: Wed, Feb 19, 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m. in the Doden Field House

Registration Details
Registration fee includes:
- One 6-foot table with access available for electrical outlets, according to your registration requests
- Reserved parking
- Complimentary internet access
- Continental breakfast
- Buffet lunch
How to Register
Register Now »To register, log in to Handshake or create an account (see special instructions for first-time Handshake users below). Once you complete the registration process, we will review the details you provided. When your registration is officially approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further details about the event.
Different package opportunities are available to accommodate your unique recruitment needs:

- Month-long rotation of a digital announcement slide on a 55" television screen in the Stevens Student Center

For first-time users, you will need to create your personal account and link to your employer's Handshake page before you can register for the fair. (This is a one-time-only process.)
- Click on "Create an Account" above and then "Employer" on the resulting page.
- To create your personal account, enter your information, email and create a password. Handshake will send you a confirmation email to verify your credentials.
- Check your email and click the link to confirm your account.
- Back in Handshake, follow the steps to set up your account, search for your employer and link to that account. (If your organization is not in Handshake, you will create its employer page.)
- After you link to your employer or create your employer's account, you'll be on the home page of Handshake. On the left-side navigation bar, click on "Fairs." Search for "Cedarville" on the resulting Career Fairs page, and click on our career fair to complete registration.
Directions and Parking Information
Our career fairs are located in either the Stevens Student Center or Doden Field House. See confirmation email for details on the location. Parking will be reserved for you in the Stevens Student Center parking lot — simply enter from State Route 72, remove the red cones, and park in the space available. View the campus map.

There are a wide variety of hotel and lodging options in close proximity to the Cedarville campus. View area accommodations.
Recruitment Materials
You can temporarily pull up to the curb of the Stevens Student Center or Doden Field House to unload and load materials. Staff members are available to assist in transporting materials from your vehicle to registration.
You can send recruitment and display materials to our office prior to the event. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please include the name of your organization on the shipment and send it to:

Event Communications & Invoicing
Upon registering for a career fair, you will receive a confirmation email from a Career Services staff member. You can expect to receive:
- An up-to-date invoice
- An event itinerary
- Information about the specific recruitment opportunities available to you, according to your registration
* Communications regarding events will be sent to the primary contact designated on registration.
** Please allow one business day to receive a confirmation email.
Event Check-In
On the day of the event, please check in at registration upon arrival at the Stevens Student Center or Doden Field House to pick up your information packet. At this time, you will also receive complimentary nametags for representatives whose names were provided in your online registration.

Refund Policy
In the event that your organization chooses to cancel or cannot attend a career fair, we will issue you a full refund up to the Friday before the event takes place. For any questions regarding this policy, please call our office at 937-766-7868.
