Jen Hart
CounselorBiography
Jen joined the Counseling Services team at Cedarville in 2022. While working in the field of education as a classroom teacher for 14 years, Jen’s heart was burdened toward shifting her focus from teaching academics to helping youth and families navigate personal struggles and mental health challenges. Since completing her master’s degree and obtaining professional licensure, her clinical work has included working with women in a transitional living program; community-based counseling for children, youth, couples, and families; and in-home counseling for families in crisis to promote family preservation. Jen has a heart to offer hope and healing through faithful application of biblical truth and practical tools to navigate living in a fallen world.

Why Cedarville?
My time at a Christian college and university was transformational in deepening my faith and developing healthy rhythms of life through godly mentors and friendships. During this season of transition, it is a privilege to come alongside students to help them find the grace of God at work in life’s challenges as He weaves the threads of their story into a beautiful tapestry.
