Graduate Transcript Request
- Ordering online is the most efficient and secure method to request your transcript and results in many service benefits. A basic service fee of $12.50 per transcript is applicable.
- Transcripts may only be released when your financial obligation to the University is met. Contact the Cashiers Office (937-766-7824) for questions regarding your account balance
- Allow up to three business days for processing regular Cedarville University transcripts. Additional time may be applicable for requests received during high-volume periods in the registrar’s office.

Ordering an Official Transcript
To request your transcript, enter and submit all required information and payment through the Parchment request form.
Use your Parchment account to log in to the Parchment Order Tracking system to check the status of your transcript order.
A basic service fee of $12.50 is applicable for each official transcript that is delivered electronically. Cedarville University recommends electronic delivery of your transcript. A request for an official transcript to be sent in paper format has
additional fees for postage and $2.00 for printing and handling.
As long as there is no outstanding financial balance, transcript requests are generally processed the day they are received. Expedited delivery service via FedEx is available for paper transcripts, upon request. Additional fees apply for expedited delivery service.
An outstanding financial obligation will delay the release of your transcript. In addition, Cedarville
University transcripts which include credits earned prior to January 1985 and Clearwater Christian transcripts require special handling which may extend processing time. Failure to provide complete and
accurate information in your request will also delay the processing of your transcript.
The transcript request process provides you an opportunity to upload any form or document you need to accompany your transcript. Always confirm that the form you upload has been completed in its entirety.
Students who attended Cedarville after January of 1985 can access their unofficial transcript online through the University website using their CedarNet username and password.
If you have forgotten or misplaced your login credentials, call the Office of the Registrar at 937-766-7710 during regular business hours or email registrar@cedarville.edu. By email, provide the following information: first name, middle name, last name, maiden name (if applicable), date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number.
