Cedarville University offers affordable housing to full-time students who are married. Cedar Park is a 21-unit apartment complex located in the village of Cedarville and is reserved exclusively for married couples of which at least one spouse carries full-time credit hours.
The two or three bedroom apartments are typically available on a first come, first served basis. Monthly rent and utilities (gas and electric) are not included in the price of tuition.
Interested students should contact the Cedar Park manager as soon as possible to complete an application for housing. If all units are filled, couples will be placed on the waiting list. When apartments become available, you will be contacted.
A month-to-month contract is required for the apartments, and tenants are responsible for giving at least 30 days’ notice before vacating a unit. Contracts end one month after resident is no longer a full-time student.
